Thanks for purchasing our products

We are sure you will be in love with our products, but if for any reason you need to return your purchase please read the following:

We promise to refund any unworn, unused item you are not completely happy with it when you return it to us in saleable condition by post, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all the tags attached.

Your item needs to have the shipping note as proof of purchase and the returns note provided. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 business days, this can depend on your card issuer's policies.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns at this point, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please obtain a receipt for your proof of postage.

If you wish to exchange your item, your new item will be sent free of charge.
