Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please contact us if you have any other shipping enquires.
How do I return an item?

How do I track my order?
All our UK orders are sent using 'Royal Mail Signed For', you will receive a tracking number when you receive your dispatch confirmation. You can track your order on the Royal Mail website. International orders will be sent using another courier, tracking will also be sent.
When will I receive my order?
We aim for all items to be received within 3-5 working days, please allow up to 15 working days for International orders.

Will you be restocking?
We are quite a small company but we try to ensure we always have stock. We are also environmentally conscious so we try hard not to overproduce, and re-order when stock is low. Please email us if the item you are looking for is out of stock.
My promotion code didn't work
Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. Many discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. If you are still having issues, please email us and we will be more than happy to help.
